Don’t forget the Cincinnati’s very newest addition, a giraffe that was born on April 2^nd this year!

Now in its 25^th year the Cincinnati Zoo knows how to celebrate with a great cast of characters. Clifford, Curious George, and the Bernstein Bear children will be there to meet your little ones for photo opportunities, dances, games, story time, songs, and much more! All performances will be at the Wings of Wonder Theatre.

Sunday, May 1^st will be the 13^th Annual Flying Pig Marathon in Cincinnati! Make a weekend of it, join in on all the fun events that will be going on, and stay at the Cincinnati Holiday Inn Express West.

The Flying Pig Marathon is the third-largest first-time marathon in the country! It’s THE marathon to go to for runners of all ability and experience levels.

Friday is the start of festivities with the P & G Health and Fitness Expo going on from 12-7p.m. and will be open on Saturday. There will also be pre-race weight lifting offered! On Saturday there will be a variety of races. Kids can participate in a one mile Flying Pig Marathon and adults can participate in the 5 or 10K races that day. Saturday ends with a fantastic Flying Pig Pasta Pig Out and Sunday is race day!

During all the weekend activities you can use our hotel to get much needed rest before and after race day. Curl up in one of our comfy beds and watch a movie or relax by the pool.
